We are excited to announce the release of the all new redesigned Zap residential model 8825-R4 operator!    The 8825-R4 is designed to operate residential sectional overhead garage doors from 8x7 in size, up to 20x10, with maximum door weight of 1,280 pounds.  It's suitable for low headroom, standard lift, high lift, and even full vertical lift doors.  The motor is rated at 1000 newtons, equivalent to 3/4hp.    Only requires 4 3/4" of side clearance and 2 3/4" from the center of the torsion shaft to the top of the motor assembly.
