Gov. Cooper Visits Cabarrus Co. Preschool to Advocate for More Funding for Child Care Centers

While North Carolina is the top state for business, Governor Roy Cooper said that distinction will not last long if the state struggles to fund child care centers. He recently was in Cabarrus County to visit one of our bilingual preschools, which is a 5-star licensed child care center and NC Pre-K program operated by Families First.
