New Resources to Support your State Fund Policyholders

Earlier this year State Fund sent out a survey asking what they could do, to help better support agents and their clients. They heard the feedback and we would like to share a few new resources available to your State Fund Policyholders:


  • How to Register for State Fund Online. This new user guide and video shares with policyholders the benefits of using State Fund Online, and walks them through how to register.
  • How to File a Claim. This new guide walks the policyholder through how to file a claim, step-by-step.
  • Managing Your Worker’s Claim. This new webpage gives policyholders everything they need to easily manage a workers’ comp claim.
  • Premium Audit Guide. Developed to assist policyholders in preparing for their premium audit, the guide arms them with everything they need to know and do to sail through an audit.
