Episode 2: Personal Inventory: Get Out and Move!
Norman Gagne and Dr. Anthony Fleg discuss the importance of exercise on the body and brain, and how even a walk around the neighborhood can have lasting effects on our overall mental, emotional and physical health. Study after study proves that regular movement and physical activity prolong life and decrease disease in the body. Dr. Fleg highlights the needs and benefits of exercise regardless of age, sex, or physical ability and both individuals give many ways to add movement into your daily life.

2021 National Court Reporting & Captioning Week
The National Court Reporters Association, the country’s leading organization representing stenographic court reporters, captioners, and legal videographers, has designated Feb. 6-13 as the 2021 National Court Reporting & Captioning Week. The weeklong event themed ‘All you need is love and steno’ brings court reporters, captioners, court reporting firms, schools and others in the legal industry together to help highlight the many aspects that make court reporting and captioning a viable profession. Those aspects include a quicker entrance into the workforce since no four-year degree is required, good salaries, flexibility, interesting venues, and the increasing demand for more reporters and captioners to meet the growing number of employment opportunities available in the field.
