We are pleased to announce the opening of an in-person and virtual Structured Outpatient Addictions Treatment Program.

The program offers day and evening schedules and is located in Hyannis and virtually.

Separate programs and treatment teams for virtual and in-person programs
Day & evenings schedules
Immediate availability and easy intake process
MassHealth and most private insurances accepted (always call as we typically can work these out with some phone calls to insurance offices)
Programming includes a strong group component and incorporates individualized treatment planning, counseling and peer support
Experienced case managers that have cultivated referral relationships with community-based mental health and addiction providers over many years
