We are proud to welcome Rich Clarke to our DAC Sales Team.  


Rich has been working for the last ten years as a manufacturers sales representative in MA and RI focusing on the engineering, design and sales of custom air handling equipment, specialty laboratory exhaust and energy recovery systems primarily in the healthcare and higher education markets.  Prior to that he spent ten years working as a consulting engineer in the Boston Area where he specialized in laboratory design.  Rich is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston.

Boston AshraeTech Session - Heat Pipes for Energy Recovery & Dehumidification

When:  Wednesday, 3/4/2015

Time:  5:15 to 6:00 PM

Tech Session Information - The presentation offers a review of how heat pipes work, for both heat recovery and dehumidification, and which applications can best utilize them.  More specifically, the program will focus on advantages and disadvantages of heat pipes over alternative energy recovery devices and the affective use of wrap-around heat pipes.  Materials and controls will also be discussed.

Meet the Speaker - Drew Elsberry joined Heat Pipe Technology in 2014 as their Regional Sales Manager to cover the eastern half of North America, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.  He has a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and over 13 years of HVAC experience as a sales engineer and regional sales manager.  Mr. Elsberry is also a LEED AP and Past President of Florida West Coast's ASHRAE Chapter
