Introducing New Classes at Hot Yoga At Sunrise

Our Tuesday 4:30 Class been changed from a Fusion Flow

to a 1 Hour Hot 26 with Elise.

This should ease up the very busy 6:30 1 Hour Hot 26 Class with Patti

Offering one more 1 hour Hot 26 option to our schedule.

On Thursday's we've added a new 4:30 class with Lauren.

We are very excited to offer a 1 hour 15 minutes

Classes are filling up fast, so please sign up online to reserve your class.

Parking

Please display your parking permit while taking class.

As the schedule get busier, we know it can be hard to find a spot.

Guidelines: please park in our parking spots as your first option,

remember to double park and pull all the way up.

You can park anywhere but upstairs for our 5:30am and 6:30pm class.

9am and 4:30pm please don't park at the Choral society and never upstairs.

addition a parking is available to the right side of the Choral Society.
