“No one is more supportive of our Doctor of Ministry program than Rev. Dr. Dianne Reistroffer,” said Andrew D. Pomerville, President of Louisville Seminary. “Her dedication to generations of LPTS DMin students is beyond admirable. She has a deep and abiding dedication to the academy supporting the church. This scholarship is the perfect testament to her remarkable work for decades at LPTS.”
The Dr. Dianne Reistroffer Endowed Scholarship Fund was initiated by Dr. Champion, who credited Dr. Reistroffer's mentorship and support as instrumental to his success as a student and his subsequent leadership roles in both ministry and secular careers. “I am inspired by the stories of Dr. Reistroffer’s profound impact on students over the last quarter of a century,” Dr. Champion said. “Naming this scholarship fund in her honor allows us to recognize her dedication and create opportunities for others to experience the same transformative education.”
Louisville Seminary’s Doctor of Ministry program is fully accredited by both the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) and the Association of Theological Schools (ATS). For over 50 years, the program has offered advanced ministerial training for experienced clergy, focusing on the integration of theology, ethics, and ministry practice. With intentionally small cohorts, a diverse student body, and an inclusive learning environment, the DMin program continues to prepare leaders for Gospel-centered ministry in communities worldwide.
The Dr. Dianne Reistroffer Endowed Scholarship Fund will provide critical financial assistance to future ministers who serve communities in need, many of whom have limited financial resources to pursue advanced degrees. The scholarship will ensure that those called to deepen their ministry can access Louisville Seminary’s unique, world-class DMin program.
