Greetings!

We are honored to have received the closing funds of Earthquake Relief Fund for Orphans (ERFO) in Boston as their trusted charity organization. I like to personally thank the President of ERFO, Dr. Farivar of Massachusetts for choosing Child Foundation to continue their mission. ERFO is dissolving after three decades of helping children and orphans, and they have chosen Child Foundation as their trustee to continue their mission. We count on all ERFO donors support in helping other children in need .

I am also happy to inform you that we are working hard on our new U.S. based Scholarship Program to assist students in need of financial support here in the United States. Like ERFO, there are many other organizations who are run solely by volunteers but as they grow, so does their bureaucracy, red tape and many other obstacles that prevent the founders from achieving the goals they had originally envisioned.

We encourage volunteer-based organizations like ERFO around the country to collaborate with us to handle the logistics with our established professionally tested system, while they focus solely on fundraising.

Our Scholarship program will be one of these new programs where Child Foundation provides administrative and financial support while the sponsor of the specific scholarship would raise the funds. . We keep you posted in the next few weeks.

Meanwhile, if you believe you want to change the world by helping others, but do not want to deal with the administrative work, let us know ! We can definitely help you with managerial, financial, marketing, and even legal support.

#GivingTuesday & Google Giving Week
Child Foundation thanks hundreds of people who had donated more than $60,000 on #GivingTuesday and Google Giving Week to support children to have a better future. This could have not be done without the generosity of our donors. Special thanks to tens of Googlers who not only donated but also helped informing their colleagues to support us.

But we still need more! More children’s files are coming our way, and we need more of your support. As you are getting together for Yalda, Christmas and New year celebrations, please ask your friends and colleagues to join us in changing the face of future, one child at a time. With only a dollar a day, a child can go to school and have access to education to follow in your footsteps.
