Child Pilot Dismissal

If you encounter any issues signing out on Child Pilot, please ask a staff member for assistance before leaving the school. If that’s not possible, make sure to send a message through the admin channel on Child Pilot on the same day. Prompt action is important to help resolve the issue and avoid automated late dismissal fees.

Child Pilot Confidentiality and Medical Updates

Please note that messages sent through Child Pilot are visible to your child’s teachers, administration, office support staff, and after-school staff. If you need to share personal details with your child’s teachers directly, we recommend reaching out to them in person or via email.

However, for all information related to your child's medical needs, it is essential that the school’s administration and all staff interacting with your child have accurate and up-to-date details to provide the best possible support in an emergency. This includes any and all updates to their medication for both acute or chronic conditions. Please send a message through Child Pilot, along with an email containing all health-related updates to info@montessoricenter.org, so that we can ensure they are properly documented and managed.

Winter After-school Clubs

We offer three sessions of after-school clubs each year, and as our fall clubs wrap up, we’re excited to kick off the winter session of clubs for our CH, Elementary, and MAP students! Visit our after-school page to explore club options and to register.
