Calendar of Events

Based on a recent suggestion, we are happy to share that classroom-specific events will now be added to our general calendar. This change is designed to help families with multiple children keep track of both school and classroom-wide activities. Starting next week, you’ll find all events on the School Calendar and in the calendar section of my weekly email updates.

Updates on a Few Upcoming Events

Open House

We’re happy to share that our January 29th Open House for current and waitlisted families has been confirmed, as we’ve reached our minimum number of attendees. As a reminder, this event will offer a hands-on experience with our Montessori materials and will provide the opportunity to ask any questions about how students progress through our various programs. If you have not yet registered, it's not too late, as you have until tomorrow evening to confirm your attendance. We look forward to seeing you there!

Spring Fling Fun Run Early Bird Deadline

This is the last week to save $15 with early-bird pricing for the 5K fun (see Notable Event Section below for more information). We encourage you to take advantage of this offer before it ends on January, 31st!

Upcoming Summer and Next Year's Calendar

The updated Summer and 2025-2026 School Year Calendar will be distributed on Wednesday.

After-school Club Dismissal

Our winter session of afterschool clubs is in full swing, and we’re excited to see the students having a blast with these engaging activities! To make sure everything runs smoothly, we’d like to share a few important reminders:

Please arrive before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid any additional childcare fees.
For families with multiple children being picked up from different clubs at the same time, we offer a short grace period to make things a bit easier!
Last-Minute Club Cancellations: If a club is canceled on short notice, your child will automatically be placed in aftercare until the scheduled end time of the club (4:30 PM). If you're unable to pick up your child before then, the aftercare fee will be waived.

Curriculum Open House

Discover the Montessori approach through hands-on activities and classroom exploration at our Curriculum Open House. Our certified Montessori teachers will be available to answer your questions.

Please click the link below to RSVP for this event. Limited childcare is available for CH and above on a first-come, first-served basis. All in-person participants will receive 1 hour of volunteer time!

Spring Fling Information Page

Spring Fling, 5k and Fun Run

We're excited to invite you to join us for our Spring Fling, 5k & Fun Run.

Whether you run or walk the 5k, all are welcome! The 5k will start at 9:30 AM and be an out and back run through Harris Lake County Park. Register early to secure the early bird rate, $35.

The Fun Run will be just under a mile. The cost is $10 and includes the run, a t-shirt, and medal.

If you would like to run in both races, please only register for the 5k.

In addition to the races, come out for some carnival fun at the Spring Fling. We will have games, crafts, and activities for all ages, face painting, the MAP Market, food trucks and more!
