Re-enrollment
All families should have already received their re-enrollment contracts via email. If you have not received yours, please email info@montessoricenter.org to request the link. Below are answers to some common questions and issues from last week:
Deposits: Please don't worry about submitting your deposit via check until you receive your invoice. Once received, you will have five business days to make your payment.
After-school field on Re-enrollment Form: For all families (excluding Nido and EY), your contract includes a section to select before- and after-school care or to decline all options. If you do not need additional childcare, please check the last box to officially decline these services. If no selection is made, your child will not be enrolled in before- or after-school care, and you may be asked to complete a Contract Amendment Form.
Contract Amendments: If any part of your form is incomplete or requires changes, Ms. Dawn will send you a Contract Amendment Form. Please submit this form by March 1.
Confirmed Enrollment: Signed contracts should automatically be sent to the family email used for signing. However, these documents sometimes end up in spam folders. To ensure easy access, all confirmed contracts will also be uploaded to each family's Child Pilot account within five days of signing.
