Cancellation and No Show Policies*
IF you call and cancel day of, you will be charged a $25 fee. IF you no show and do not call you be charged a $50 no-show fee. We understand that things may come up but we ask that you let us know at least 24 hours so we can accommodate patients who would like to be sooner.
If you are more than 20 minutes late Sarah will still see you but your treatment time will be cut down and you will be responsible to pay full price for whatever treatment you are receiving. If a patient no shows 3 or more times with Sarah or Dr. Brown we may refuse the right to reschedule you with Denver Skin Aesthetics.
