I am very excited about a new service that I am now providing. I have put guidelines in place to be able to offer a limited number of Dallas/Fort Worth companies of any size, the ability to use my services on a contract basis at their place of business. Whether you are the owner of a company that has 10 employees or 10,000 employees, I have made arrangements to allow organizations to contract my services to assist their employees with daily struggles or issues in a timely manner so that productivity has the best chance of being optimum.
Whether we like it or not, our work lives and home lives are intertwined. How amazing would it be to be able to resolve an employee's conflict quickly so that they may get back to work and be more productive for you? With a small investment in each employee, you have the capability of that occurring.
My background in marriage and family therapy and my training in systems theory set me apart from others who may offer similar services. Qualifications including 3000+ hours of clinical training in working with relationships of all types, a corporate business background, the ability to inspire those around me and my genuine passion to see others do well are just a few of the qualities I possess.
While many organizations provide EAP services and insurance coverage for counseling, employees may not always take advantage of those offerings because of time or financial constraints. Many times those services are not available to the employee as quickly as may be needed. Productivity suffers as well as office morale and sometimes even employee loyalty. Offering your staff just a small token of assistance, could result in improved productivity in the long run.
Zig Ziglar said it best, "People who have good relationships at home are more effective in the marketplace." I think that goes for people who have good relationships at work as well. Interacting with individuals in a work place or collaborating with a specific team who needs encouragement can all be arranged.
Employees of all levels can benefit from these services; from the bank executive who is stressed about an upcoming month-end profit report; to the president of the company who has to rearrange employees to be able to keep profit flowing; to the department employees who have just witnessed a work-related accident; to the employee you know who is going through a divorce and struggles every day to stay on top of his job. Just a little counseling can go a long way.
