From August 12-17, I am excited to be making an East Coast tour, & honored to be invited by the James Beard Foundation to present at their Enlightened Eaters workshop.  Here's my set of engagements:

 It's summertime, & a fresh vegetable dish combined with nutritious grains is a wonderful lunch, picnic, or dinnertime side dish. This salad is  the most popular dish I've ever created!  It keeps for five days in the frig, so whip up a large batch & enjoy at various mealtimes.

Suzanne Landry, is the author of The Passionate Vegetable and Fresh Food Matters. As a fresh food chef and wellness educator, author and lively guest lecturer for over 25 years, she has inspired many people on their road to health and vitality. She was the founder and director of Nature's Table, a Natural Gourmet Cooking School and has served as an industry consultant to manufacturers and retail stores as well as private individuals. Working for the renowned Issels Medical Center, she has developed the nutrition education program for their cancer patients since 2005.   An author of numerous published articles featured in newspapers and magazines, she has also appeared on local TV networks.
