New: Tai Chi Kids Tuesdays 5pm
After the soft launch over the summer, we are excited to present our Tai Chi Kids program on Tuesdays from 5pm - 5:45pm. The class consists of warm up, sitting meditation, animal qigong movements, and tai chi. $10 Drop In Rate. 6 Week Session for $60 (includes free school t-shirt). Registration fee is waived for Tai Chi Kids.
New: Chinese Health Qigong Fridays 5pm
We are thrilled to be able to add another Chinese Health Qigong class to our schedule on Fridays from 5pm - 6pm.
Sunday, Sep 23: Yale Multicultural Block Party
Aiping Tai Chi Center is proud to participate at the Yale Multicultural Block Party again this year! We will be teaming up with Dr. Changnian (William) Zhang, PhD to present a tai chi program from 1:40pm - 2pm. Dr. Zhang will demonstrate Hulei Tai Chi followed by Shifu Shirley and our Tai Chi Sword students who will demonstrate 42 Tai Chi Sword. Dr. Zhang will lead event participants through Twelve Dynamics exercises and Shifu Shirley will lead participants through Five Animal Qigong movements.

Saturday, Sep 29: Ansonia Harvest Festival
Over 5000 people are expected for a day of music on two stages, entertainment, business, food trucks, games and overall family fun! Get ready for a good ol’ fashioned street festival!

Aiping Tai Chi Center will be joining Seven Star Martial Arts Academy at their tables in front of the academy located at 241 Main Street. We will hold demonstrations and mini classes. Click here for event details.
