Jeannine Palermo's Fit Blast: Cardio, Strength, and Abs (Course 13137) on Mondays and Total Body Workout with Bands (Course 13141) will get your heart and muscles pumping this season.
New sessions of her Body Sculpting classes (Thursday mornings in person: Course 13140; Thursday afternoons online: Course 13142) and the chair-based version, Sit and Be Fit: Chair-Based Body Sculpting (Tuesday afternoons: Course 13138; Thursday mornings: Course 13139) involve exercises that safely increase muscular strength and endurance and will improve flexibility, range of motion, and body tone.
All of the above begin next week except for in-person Body Sculpting, which starts Thursday, April 24, 2025.
