Develop Your Inner Comedian!

Laugh your way to good health!

Led by Pastor Lisa Chase

Thursdays, April 13-May 18, 2023

4 pm - 5:30 pm

The Chapel

Do you just love to tell funny stories? Do you love to hear them?

A good, deep belly laugh from listening to a humorous story or to comedy has great health benefits! Medical research tells us that laughter enhances intake of oxygen-rich air, stimulates the heart, lungs and muscles, and increases the endorphins that are released by the brain. Laughter activates and relieves stress too!

Join Pastor Lisa on Thursdays, beginning in mid-April, to learn how to develop your inner comedian and be able to share fun stories and clean-cut jokes. The class will watch appropriate comedians, learn how to develop comedic timing, and story and joke development.

CLICK HERE to register online, or use the sign-up form in the Gathering Place. Please contact Lisa for more information.
