Gary and Karen Karkuff want to live vibrantly into their later years and will share information with the group on the best ways they have found to do it! Gary, Physical Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach will lead the discussion which will include:
- Introduction to the latest research on longevity and healthy pathways to get there
- Resistance training, cardiovascular training and flexibility training and their roles in healthy aging
- Nutrition, sleep and weight loss and how they affect our lives

Injury prevention, injury rehab and care of our aging bodies
Karen will be preparing and serving some of her favorite “Eat this, Not this” healthy recipes at the end of each session.
