We are excited to inform you that 1GPA has just released RFP #26-07C Real Estate Consulting and Brokerage Services.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) aims to establish a long-term contract with qualified contractor(s) that provide a variety of real estate consulting, brokerage, and advisory services to assist Members in various aspects of effective planning, acquisition, leasing, management, redevelopment, and disposition of real property assets as needed.  We want to ensure that as many vendors as possible are aware of this opportunity, so if you have specific vendors in mind that you would like to notify, please reach out to Jen Stam at jstam@1gpa.org.
