C.A.R. Creates COVID Vaccination Resources

Now that vaccinations are rolling out across the state many REALTORS® have questions about when they’ll be eligible, how it will impact their business and what it means for brokers. C.A.R. created resources to help address these questions. They are available to view online and to print out and share.
COVID Market Update

The housing market continues to be the bright spot of the broader economy. Sales and prices got off to a strong start, REALTORS(r) in California remain optimistic about the future, and our forecast for market activity has been revised up. However, buyer demand has downshifted slightly as rates have gone up in recent weeks, so we do expect growth to slow modestly in the coming months.

In the statement, Walsh congratulates Commissioner McCauley and says he looks forward to continuing to work with him on advancing housing policies, including in fair housing, that expand access to homeownership and ensure every Californian has a place to call home.
