God's grace and peace to you this Lenten season. This newsletter provides information and resources to help your student have a smooth transition to Crean Lutheran. Thanks be to God for the gift of our Savior, Jesus Christ, as we remember his death and resurrection in the weeks leading up to Easter. May God bless your family with His grace and His love this season. Please contact the Admissions office with any questions you have about the items below. |

In order for your child to be considered a fully enrolled student, the items listed below must be finished. If you have not already done so, please complete the required enrollment steps:
1. Log in to your FACTS account and pay the $600 registration fee
2. Set up your FACTS tuition payment plan for the Fall
3. Sign the financial agreement in FACTS
4. Review and sign any missing enrollment forms (i.e. Statement of Faith, Drug Testing Consent, Field Trip Release, etc). by logging in to your child's application portal account and going to the enrollment checklist..
All of the FACTS steps as well as the application portal enrollment forms need to be done in order for your child’s enrollment to be complete.
For those who have not yet set up a FACTS account, please look for the invitation email that was sent to your email. Be sure to check your junk or spam folders too. If you need the invitation email resent to you, please contact Mrs. Erika Walter in our business office at erika.walter@creanlutheran.org and she will resend it.

New Student Registration & Course Placement - March 17
|
|
Enrolled families will receive an email at 4:00 p.m. on March 17. The email will include placement test results, a link to our New Student Registration presentation, instructions to register for 9th grade courses, and a link to schedule an appointment with your student's counselor. Enrolled students are those who have paid the registration fee, completed the FACTS enrollment steps above and the enrollment forms in their student’s portal (ie. Statement of Faith, Drug Testing Consent, etc).

On March 24 from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m., the Counseling Team will be offering a virtual question and answer session for enrolled families to address any questions about new student course registration. Performing Arts Audition information is available for Drama, Choir, Dance, Instrumental Music, and Worship Team at creanlutheran.org/auditions. Please sign-up to audition for one or more programs.

Visual Arts Portfolio Review - Happening Now
|
|
If incoming students have experience with previous Art courses and are interested in taking a higher level Art course, please complete the Visual Arts Portfolio Review form as soon as possible . Portfolio submissions are reviewed by the Art Department and results are emailed the first of every month.

The application for the Crean Lutheran Servant Leadership Team (SLT) opens for incoming Freshman on March 21, 2022. The application deadline is April 1, 2022.
