A Message from the CVCA Administration
WELCOME TO CVCA!
We are so excited to see you on campus.
Learn more about Orientation from our Administrators
Dear New Parents,

Welcome to CVCA! We are thoroughly excited to start the school year and tremendously privileged that you are joining the CVCA community. We know that transitioning to a new school can bring some anxiety when there is a lot of information and significant change. So, we wanted to be sure that your student is ready and comfortable to start on their first day of school next week. To that end, here are a few ways to best prepare for the start of the year.

First, the following are several resources that will be important in continuing to learn more about CVCA:

Second, you will have the opportunity to walk your student's schedule and ask questions of faculty and staff at the NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION on either Monday, August 10 or Tuesday, August 11 from 12:30-2:30 p.m. Your student's schedule will be available later today and you will be notified via email, so be sure to print the schedule and become familiar with the above resources beforehand. Additionally, your student will receive their CVCA Chromebook when you visit next week. We hope that this walk-through will be beneficial to your student as they meet their teachers. (Note: You only need to attend on one of the Orientation days. There is no need to schedule a time, as it will be an open house feel. However, for physical distancing reasons, we ask that only one parent attend).

Finally, we will hold an optional VIRTUAL MEETING for new parents on Monday, August 10 from 7:00-7:45 p.m. We will highlight some information that we think is helpful as you transition to CVCA, and you will have a chance to ask the administrative team any questions. Please check your email on Monday afternoon/early evening for a link to join this online meeting.

Welcome to CVCA and Go Royals!
ALL SCHOOL DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
As we do our best to provide current and reliable information for our families, we also understand that we all need to be extremely flexible during these unpredictable times.
