Easthampton Clay and The Prindle School have joined up for a summer multicultural clay and performing arts adventure for your children ages 8 – 12.
Music Mornings: 9:00-12:30
For the first half of the day, we’ll explore a wide variety of performing arts traditions. We’ll learn to play the ukulele, explore drumming techniques from around the world, dance, and play improvisational theater games.
Pottery Afternoons: 12:30-4:00
We will explore a variety of pottery techniques from around the globe. Students will use their imagination to create completely unique ceramic forms and will have the opportunity to further their understanding of form, function and surface design. We will complete each week by experimenting with various finishing and glazing techniques.
