Beth Tuttle, Managing Director of METStrategies for Leadership, has been selected to facilitate a visioning process and development of a five-year strategic framework for the Colby College Museum of Art in Waterville, ME. The museum is a teaching museum, a destination for American art, and a place for education and engagement with local, national and global communities. Having recently earned International Coaching Federation accreditation as a Professional Certified Coach with more than 140 hours of training and more than 500 hours of client coaching experience, Ms. Tuttle will bring core tenets of her leadership coaching practice to this strategy engagement to build the resilience and adaptive capacity of the museum staff during a period of rapid programmatic growth and changing community contexts.

Dan Danzig will begin working with the Museum of Ventura County in Ventura, CA to help them develop a new three-year strategic plan. The Museum of Ventura County celebrates the history, art, and culture of Ventura County and the Channel Islands through its collections, exhibits, educational programs and publications. The museum opened in 1913 and includes a research library, an archive and an agricultural museum.
