We have a few new teachers at BYS Yoga Collective, and so we thought we'd take some time this month to introduce them here. Meet Arielle!
Arielle was introduced to yoga in 2012 with online yoga videos which led to a heated vinyasa practice for four years. What started out as a desire for a challenging physical practice to gain strength and flexibility turned into a practice for quieting the mind, healing emotional wounds, and focusing on the breath.

She completed a 200-hour teacher training with Lynn Rescigno at BYS Yoga Collective in 2018. Students can expect a class that helps beginners and Level 1 practitioners learn proper asana form, focus on intentional movements, and relax from the stressors of life.
Arielle has lived in Pittsburgh for 10 years residing in Mount Washington with her husband and weimaraner, Darwin. She is also a labor and delivery nurse and enjoys bringing breathwork, visualization, and intention setting to guide the birthing experience.

You can practice with Arielle on Tuesday nights at 7:30 p.m.
