New Testing Opportunity with Mobility Health

CPESN® Pharmacy Staff,


CPESN USA has a new partnership with Mobility Health, a lab located in Mason, Ohio. It is available to all CPESN pharmacies.

This opportunity allows CPESN pharmacies across the country to easily collect samples from patients for PCR COVID and/or flu tests and receive results within 48 hours. Pharmacies are reimbursed directly from Mobility Health $20 per suitable test received by the lab. Collection kits and shipping services are provided by Mobility Health. Local networks will also receive $50 per participating pharmacy from Mobility Health (after the pharmacy completes its first test) to support managing network facilitators in onboarding new pharmacies.


Mobility Health handles all billing (cash or insurance) and required state reporting. They make it easy for pharmacies to implement a testing service that is user friendly for patients. How Does it Work?

  1. Pharmacies receive a QR code specific to their location to include on their website, social media, etc. directing patients to the Mobility Health website where they can register for a collection kit. Click HERE to view patient instructions. Note: Mobility Health collects patient insurance information through their app for billing purposes. If a patient is not symptomatic or has not had a known exposure, the patient will pay $123.48 for the test via the app. 
  2. Pharmacies give patient(s) the Mobility Health provided collection kit. Click HERE to view the patient instructions. Click HERE for an instructional video that can be shared as well.
  3. Pharmacies send any samples collected each day via overnight courier to Mobility Health. Click HERE to view the shipment protocol.
  4. Pharmacies have access to Mobility Health's Provider Portal to view test results. Results will also be communicated directly to the patient.
  5. Pharmacies will be paid by Mobility Health on a monthly basis for samples collected in the previous month. 
  6. Local networks will receive funds to assist pharmacies in onboarding, training, and best practice sharing. Funds will be received on a per pharmacy basis after that pharmacy has submitted their first suitable test to Mobility Health.


How Do you Get Started?

  1. Click HERE to enroll in this program. Click HERE to review the program agreement. Note: You must be a pharmacy in good standing with banking information on file to enroll in this program (you will receive notification on attempt to enroll if either one of these things needs to be addressed).
  2. A Mobility Health team member will be notified of your enrollment and reach out via email and phone. Supplies will be sent to the pharmacy via Next Day Air within 24-48 hours of enrollment.
