Group Therapy for Adults with Aging Parents
(Weekly Group Meetings)
This supportive therapy group is designed for adults navigating the complex emotional landscape of caring for aging parents. Whether you are actively caregiving, coping with the decline or loss of a parent, or working through unresolved dynamics from the past, this group offers a safe, nonjudgmental space to process your experiences. Together, we’ll explore the challenges of shifting roles, anticipatory grief, guilt, resentment, and the stress of balancing your own life while caring for a parent.
Led by an experienced therapist, the group will incorporate guided discussions, emotional support, and practical strategies to help you build resilience, improve communication, and find meaning and connection during this phase of life. You are not alone—join others who understand what you’re going through and want to heal and grow together.
