Introducing RCBM's CareSynch Program

We are excited to announce the launch of our new program, CareSynch, beginning in January 2025. As part of our ongoing commitment to your safety and wellness, RCBM will require an annual in-person visit for any patients prescribed controlled substances or GLP-1 medications.

The CareSynch program is being implemented to ensure the highest standard of care and in response to potential regulatory changes. Additionally, please be aware that some pharmacies are now requiring in-person visits before covering certain prescriptions, making these visits even more important.

We will reach out soon with more information about how to schedule your CareSynch visit.

Strategies for Coping with Seasonal Mood Changes

With shorter days and less sunlight, it's important to find ways to boost your mood. Here are some tips from our own Melissa Oleshansky. PhD:

  • Start your day with sunlight or bright lights.
  • Set daily small goals.
  • Stay physically active.
  • Eat balanced meals.
  • Establish a relaxing nighttime routine.
  • Keep in touch with loved ones regularly.
