Freshdesk, New Ticketing System | August 16, 2022
Hager Companies has a new and improved ticketing system called Freshdesk. Our goal is to provide better support between our departments, sales representatives, and you!

When contacting Customer Support, Technical Support, RMA Department, Order Management or Marketing a new ticket will be created. This will allow you additional visibility and organization of all requests within the departments in one location.
Where’s it Located?

  • Select “Contact Us” at the top of the Hager Website and it will redirect you to our new Customer Portal
  • You can view existing tickets (see updates, add comments, close the ticket)
  • You can submit new tickets
  • View Knowledge Base articles created by our Technical Support Team
  • You can use the Direct link of hagerco.freshdesk.com
  • Click the link in one of the emails you receive from the above listed departments
How do I Access this?

Now it’s time to create an account. Anyone can create an Account!

  • Click ‘Sign Up’ and Register your email address
  • Get an Error Saying you Already have a login?
  • You are already part of our contacts list, please use the Forgot your password at the bottom of the login screen to reset the password.
ICYMI, there is a new Help button on our website located on the bottom right corner. Clicking this button will also bring you to the Knowledge Library and contact links.
