Tuesday, December 8th 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm
As we continue our discussion on what Volunteer Managers can do about racism, we will use this Volunteer Management Roundtable as an opportunity to talk about unconscious bias, the attitudes towards people and/or stereotypes we hold without our conscious knowledge. These issues are addressed in the New York Times Bestseller book, Blindspot, Hidden Biases of Good People. You are encouraged to read a copy of the book prior to this Roundtable.
