Cycle 2 Program Grant Application Now Open

The application for Cycle 2 of Program Grant Funding opened on July 8, 2020 and will close on August 10, 2020 at 11:59 pm ET.

Network Member, 1-Star, & 2-Star Chapters

If funded in Cycle 1, eligible to apply for up to $15,000

If not funded in Cycle 1, eligible to apply for up to $25,000

3-Star & 4-Star Chapters

If funded in Cycle 1, eligible to apply for up to $20,000

If not funded in Cycle 1, eligible to apply for up to $40,000

Recipients of grant funds from Cycle 2 may utilize the Program Grant funding to support emergency operational needs. Learn more.

USPTA Grant

Due to the COVID-19 impact on our network, the USPTA Fund, within the USTA Foundation, is offering grants up to $2,500 for support of certified coaches in NJTL chapters. To be considered for a grant from the USPTA Fund, NJTL chapters must employ USPTA certified tennis coaches. To access the application, interested parties should email foundation.grants@usta.com. Inquires must be submitted by 5:00 pm ET on Friday, July 17, 2020.

Deadline Approaching: 2020 NJTL Essay Grant presented by Deloitte

NJTL Chapters must submit all applications for the USTA Foundation NJTL Essay Grant via the USTA Foundation Funding and Program Portal no later than 12:00 pm ET on Friday, July 31, 2020. NJTL Chapters are subject to the terms of the 2020 USTA Foundation NJTL Essay Grant, and will confirm the same upon essay submission into the USTA Foundation Funding and Program Portal.

Congratulations to our 2020 Scholarship Recipients!

The USTA Foundation has awarded $310,000 to 32 deserving students to follow their college dreams. The scholarships, ranging from $2,500 to $15,000, were awarded to students who have participated in organized youth tennis programs such as NJTL, have demonstrated academic achievement, have performed community/volunteer service, and require financial assistance for college matriculation.
