We are pleased to introduce Ms. Marine Rivera Padilla who has joined our team as the Senior Director of Quality, Training and Continuous Improvement.
Marine is a strategic support partner with 25 years of experience in shared services, contact center and manufacturing fields. She is a resourceful leader with expert analytical skills. She is passionate about high execution and strong team collaboration. Marine’s goal is to stimulate and motivate people to get them to see and be the best version they could be.
Marine is based in the Jamaica Call Center and will oversee the training and quality assurance programs, establish standards governing customer interactions and monitor agents’ performance. Additionally, she will provide guidance on how agents can improve individually and how the contact center can more effectively prepare agents for their role. She will also provide continuous improvement initiatives that will help UVL provide world-class customer service.
