Nolan Leggio, Vice President of Forward Planning at Diversified Pacific leads the forward planning and land development team at Diversified. In his eighth year with the Company, his responsibilities include feasibility analysis, land entitlement, bio/environmental planning, project management and construction coordination. Leggio has overseen dozens of complex projects ranging from small lot subdivisions to master-planned communities. Nolan has served on the BIA SBC Board for a number of years and we look forward to his leadership with great anticipation.

To our outgoing Chapter President Ryan Combe, Lennar, thank you. Your outstanding leadership and dedication have been instrumental in guiding us toward success these past twoyears. Your vision and commitment are truly appreciated.

BPEC Council Update

Please join us on Thursday, September 12 for CBIA’s virtual meeting of the Building Products Efficiency Council (BPEC). We will have guest speakers and updates on various topics including the 2025 code adoption cycle, CalCERTS/CHEERS situation, California Energy Commission reactions, CPUC proceedings, major utilities, and the solar industry.
