TRIBUNALS:
THE NEW UPGRADE TO THE EKKLESIA
Cambria Hotel, Rock Hill, South Carolina - At our recent "Upon This Rock" (based on Matthew 16: 18) Ekklesia of the Carolinas Gathering which was held on June 27-28, 2025, our speaker, Dr. Thomas Schlueter introduced and taught all in attendance about the "Tribunal" (based on his book, "Tribunals") which formally birthed and activated that day our very first Tribunal in the Carolinas.
A Tribunal is defined as a military court; a court of justice; it is also defined as •a court or judicial body that has the authority to hear and decide disputes, conduct inquiries, or make administrative decisions. Dr. Schlueter also shared that in Texas, the Tribunals have multiplied, and that he has approximately 25K intercessors as a result of his work in the state for the last 25 years who are now a part of a Tribunal Movement in Texas.
The concept and action of the Ekklesia / Tribunal was reinforced. Through the weapon of the apostolic-prophetic decree the Ekklesia can permit and forbid; bind and loose. To bind, it is where we restrain the enemy by "binding" him - tying him up so that he cannot move; and to loose it means, "to break, to pull off, shatter, annul, divorce, unravel." With a decree therefore we can restrain the enemy, break his demonic power; divorce ourselves from the enemy (after repentance) and pull off all of his fiery darts and unravel the dark, atmospheric oppression in our regions, and to invite the glory of God in.
At our recent gathering, many of the intercessors came up front to make decrees that hit the mark for the City of Rock Hill, South Carolina and for the Nation. One of the key words and redemptive purposes of Rock Hill, SC was that of a "fire started" as in its history, it was founded and staked by a railroad spur into the flint rock in Rock Hill (hence its name). There was a significant time of decreeing into that redemptive purpose for Rock Hill, SC (for more about the redemptive purpose and how we decreed, make sure to purchase your copy of our videos - see below).
Prophetic Worship led by Anthony Turner allowed our gathering to enter into the Holy of Holies and be inundated with the Glory of God, that allowed all to hear the Voice of the Spirit of God, and release anointed decrees. He also composed a new song while there in the glory and released it over Rock Hill, SC, the Carolinas and the Nation.
Chris Reed, Founder and Pastor of Friends of the Bridegroom Church and Chris Reed Ministries in Lancaster, SC came to minister in healing and to lead us in communion on Saturday afternoon.
Linda Neal, one of Territorial Leaders for SAI for the Northwest Region & the Triad, and who is the State Apostolic Coordinator for HAPN was ordained into the Office of Prophet by Apostle Mary Medford for Strategic Alliance International and witnessed by all that attended the Saturday afternoon session.
