Aloha QCIPN Participating Providers,

We are pleased to announce that QCIPN has executed a new value-based Medicare Advantage contract with Devoted Health. It is a multi-year contract, beginning January 1, 2023. For 2023, Devoted Health will be operating its Medicare Advantage plan on Oahu, but they are looking to expand to the Big Island in 2024.

To participate in this program, providers should initiate credentialing by 12/31/22 with Devoted Health, and Devoted also may be reaching out to you directly.

• Get started today by completing the brief Provider Participation Request Form or call 1-877-762-3515 for further information.
• If you have a CAQH profile and grant Devoted permission to view/access your profile, the credentialing process should be quick and easy.

QCIPN will be holding two webinars with Devoted Health to further introduce the plan to providers.

In addition, QCIPN will be offering on-site visits with community Primary Care practices to offer further detail.

A summary of the terms included in that contract is the following:

• For Primary Care Providers, a monthly capitated payment for attributed members will be paid at a minimum of $50.00 Per Member Per Month (also known as a PMPM). The agreement states that this PMPM will be no less than 5% of the total Medicare premium, which means that if the network has higher HCC coding/risk adjustment scores, then the PMPM will be increased to an amount that is 5% of the total Medicare premium.
• Primary Care Providers will receive an Annual Wellness Visit bonus of $175 reimbursement for each Annual Wellness Visit performed in the first half of the year ($100 thereafter).  
• If Quality targets are met, additional terms would be paid to PCPs through QCIPN at the end of the year. See the enclosed letter for details.
