Happy August Snap2Close Clients,

This past year our newsletters have been more focused on floor plans, interactive floor plans, and 3D tours. This month I would like to be more focused on our video productions and introduce you to Seth Klein, our new video specialist.

While many of you have used our Walkthrough and Drone Videos, I would like to describe some of our other types of video productions.

Special Video Projects

Recently we did a brief video overview for Jen Nelson and the Nelson Group with Realty Executives. Jen, who has been a client since 2018, recently decided to create a new website and retained us to provide a background video overview of her team at work.  The video is fun and uplifting. We can produce this type of video or any type of corporate video for you at $50 per hour.  

Another one of our clients, Brent Benger likes to significantly enhance his professional walkthrough videos with a narrated script and an intro and outro. It certainly adds a rich dynamic to the video and holds the buyers’ interests for a longer time. Click here to watch the video.
Perhaps the greatest part of this BRANDED video is that he can post it on both Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com. The MLS version simply leaves out the intro and outro segments.

Meet Seth Klein
 
While some of you have already met Seth Klein, our newest photographer, and videographer, I would like to take this opportunity to formally introduce him to you.

Seth grew up in Minneapolis, but completed his undergrad degree at Arizona State in 2019 with a degree in Marketing, with a specialty in digital and online communications.  After graduation, he worked full-time in social media and content creation for Aunt Chilada’s in the heart of Phoenix.

While Seth started his video passion in middle school, he has honed his skills significantly in high school running their in-house daily school news broadcast for three years.

As you might imagine, Seth continued his video passion by creating sports, corporate, and wedding videos while he was in college at ASU. Today, he continues to shoot wedding videos and really creates some beautiful works of videography.
Seth joined Snap2Close in May of 2021 and brought the first non-canon cameras to our team. He proudly owns two full-frame Sony mirrorless cameras, with one tweaked for videography.  

We know you will like Seth and his professional work ethic. It is a pleasure to have him on our staff!

Nearly 33% of Redfin.com users searched for a property outside of where they currently live during the second quarter of 2021, compared to just 27.6% who did so the year before, according to a report from the tech-powered brokerage. That figure has risen well above pre-pandemic levels, as many workers were newly allowed to work remotely and had the opportunity to move to more affordable or spacious locations outside the city their job was based.

The rush of tour views started in May 2020 where Google page views show a sharp increase in views of virtual tours. The report states that there was a 232% increase in page views year over year.
