Upcoming January Sessions:
Global Crisis and How Government Agencies Accelerate Their Transformation Journey

In this session, hear from IBM, which has applied 25 years of social programs experience to become a trusted partner for many modernizing agencies. A few of these agencies will join IBM for this exciting session to bring their insights, unique perspectives of challenges, and ultimate success factors on their transformation journeys. From innovation in the procurement process, to seamless data integration, and to scaling and extending programs quickly and successfully, the stories shared in the session will provide your agency with insights to help guide your success.
Using Technology to Engage Families, Enhance Collaboration, and Drive Outcomes

Los Angeles Department of Child and Family Services (LA DCFS) faced enormous challenges in navigating and complying with recent reforms without a common platform to track and share information between the agency, its providers, and prospective relative and community families. In response to these challenges, they partnered with Binti to implement a unique web-based platform. This session will explore how LA DCFS was able to leverage technology to build system and operational capacity in order to improve outcomes and comply with updated requirements, bridging the traditional divide across public and private sectors.
