Dear Valuable Family Members, Friends and Supporters,

This is the 2nd update for today March 12, 2020 3:30pm

As per President Trump announcement this morning to limit access to healthcare facility to essential staff only and as per recommendation by our medical team, we are updating the visitation policy effective immediately.

Effective immediately no visitors will allow at our facility.

Our adult day club will be temporary shut down for outside participants until further notice to avoid outside traffic.

We would consider a resident's current state (end-of-life care) while restricting visitation and will made accommodation as necessary on an individual base.

Note that one or more of the following will still prohibit your entrance to the facility even when end-of-life care involve:

Pursuant to an Order issued by the Commissioner of Public Health, facilities are required to actively screen all visitors.
  • Signs or symptoms of a respiratory infection, such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, or sore throat.
  • In the last 14 days, has had contact with someone with a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19, or under investigation for COVID-19, or are ill with respiratory illness.
  • International travel within the prior 14 days to countries with sustained community transmission. For updated information on affected countries visit:
  • Residing in a community where community-based spread of COVID-19 is occurring.
Please respect these restrictions as we highly value the safety of our residents and the well being of our staff. If you answer yes to one or more of these conditions, DO NOT ENTER THE BUILDING.

We have portable phones available for you to speak with residents while these restrictions are in place. We are also in the process of implementing video chat systems via Facebook face-time. This will be up and running by tomorrow morning. We will send the information as soon at the system is operating and tested.

Thank you for your cooperation. We will continue to update this policy as more information becomes available to us and the public.

As always, contact Micha, Ben, Carrie, Renee, and Meri at the facilities or on our cell phones with any questions.
