The California State University (CSU) recently introduced its new Student Success Framework, a broader and more holistic vision that expands on GI 2025 and centers the full student experience. ICYMI: A Year of Networking and Collaboration, 2024–25 Annual Report

Our 2024–25 annual report highlights how middle leaders across the CSU have continued to strengthen equity and connection as campuses navigate uncertainty around equity work. From expanding the Middle Leadership Academy and launching the inaugural Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Middle Leadership Academy to hosting new Communities of Practice for LGBTQIA2S+ student success, the Network has deepened collaboration across campuses.
