Caring for an older adult is a profoundly rewarding experience, but it comes with its own set of challenges that can be demanding, difficult, and stressful. Pemi-Baker Hospice & Home Health recognizes the importance of supporting caregivers in their journey and is committed to providing resources and assistance to make the caregiving experience more manageable.

Pemi-Baker Hospice & Home Health will be one of 30 organizations participating in a vibrant community fair on Friday, February 21st, from 10 AM to 2 PM at the Plymouth Regional Senior Center.

Explore resources on nutrition, legal information, fire safety, transportation, literacy, green funerals, banking, public health, and more! This is a great opportunity to connect with local services and learn about valuable community programs.
