Miami-Dade County Announces Additional Funds for Rental Assistance
Miami-Dade County (MDC) Emergency Rental Assistance Program 2.4 (ERAP 2.4) will now accept applications from MDC residents that are unable to pay an increase in rent. ERAP can help pay the difference between your current rent and the new rent for a period of 3 future months.
To qualify for assistance due to rent increase, ERAP requires that:
Household income must be below 80 percent of AMI for the MDC, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). Individuals making less than $50,650, couples making less than $57,850, families of three earning less than $65,100, or families of four earning less than $72,300 qualify.
Provide a valid notice of rent increase from your landlord.
All other ERAP requirements must be met.

This year, ABDTLC will host 6 Weeks Summer Camp 2022 for children with special needs and their siblings in the Miami-Dade county School District.
Dates: June 20th through August 12th | Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Full day – $200 per week | Half Day – $125 per week

Extended Day Fee – $20 per week***
For residents of Miami-Dade County School District and surrounding areas.
Our Summer Campers will flourish at A Better Day Therapy Center because of the structured environment that our staff will provide, which allows special needs children to feel comfortable and secure. Parents can expect their child to learn new social and fundamental life skills at our special needs camp that will last a lifetime!

Three new tenants have signed leases at Doral's Westend on 87th Shopping Center. The latest businesses to join the shopping center's diverse mix of businesses are Idaca Imaging & Radiology Center; Cuz Miami, technology focused event company showroom; and Tartara & Alemana, the first brick and mortar location for the Venezuelan food truck.
