New Website/Photo Contest
Greetings, shipmates! It's early November here at North End Shipyard and the schooner is covered and tied up snugly for the winter. We have been spending a great deal of time in the office, with Shary and Cocoa, making plans for next year and building a new website.

After some cold days and a little snow, we are enjoying some warm weather here in Maine. A great opportunity for last minute jobs on the schooner and around the shipyard before winter.
New Website
In light of the next phase in the history of the Schooner Heritage, we have updated our online presence by building an all-new website. Come check out the new look!
Photo Contest
Start looking through those vacation albums, folks. The Schooner Heritage is holding a photo contest. With our new online appearance, we hope to gather a fresh stock of images to use for our website and promotional materials. Who better to submit photos of the windjammer experience than those who have seen it first-hand?
Details below.
Photo Contest
Photographs can be submitted via email to info@schoonerheritage.com. We will be judging photos based on four categories:

The Galley: Whether it’s examples of your favorite meals, gathering over a card game, or simply enjoying the beautiful space, show us anything and everything relating to the social hub of the Heritage

Live, Laugh, Lois Lane: We all know what makes for a successful windjammer cruise and that’s the smiling faces of our wonderful guests. Are you gathered with your shipmates over arts and crafts? Maybe you’re exploring one of the islands and towns we visit, or swimming in the refreshing Maine waters. Let us know how you enjoy your time aboard.

Sean & Ben: We’ve been so busy operating the schooner that we haven’t taken many shots of ourselves! If you have photos of the new Heritage captains, we’d love to see them.

The Schooner/General: Photos of the Heritage herself or anything else that doesn’t quite fit in the above categories.

Contest Rules
-Limit 3 submissions per category per person-
-All submissions must be from a Heritage trip or of the Heritage-
-All submissions will be subject to use on our website, newsletters, etc.-
-Submissions must be in by January 1st

Prizes
 As a thank-you for participating, we will select one first-place winner and one runner-up for each of the four categories. First place winners will receive a Heritage roll up fleece blanket! Secondary winners will receive a Heritage insulated wine tumbler!
