NEMWI Tracks Bills on Manufacturing Policy in the 118th Congress
As the new 118th Congress proceeds, an increasing number of bills are being introduced relating to manufacturing policy. Overall a total of seven bills are newly introduced, including four bills in the U.S. House and three bills in the U.S. Senate.
Among the newly introduced bills in the House, H.R.346 NOTAM Improvement Act of 2023 has passed the House. In the Senate, S.36 Agility in Manufacturing Preparedness Act of 2023 is newly introduced. Also in the Senate, S.66 NOTAM Improvement Act of 2023 is being monitored because it is a companion bill to the legislation already passed in the House.
