Learn how to hold yourself accountable! Are you struggling with your weight loss journey? Are you in need of a support group that will understand you and help you stay on track? If so, this program is for you! The group will meet on second Monday of every month.

TRX Suspension Training
NEW class at the CRC! This is a full-body strength workout that utilizes a person's own body weight instead of relying on machines or dumbbells, regardless of one's fitness level. This class is great for those who want to develop lean muscle, build muscle, or lose weight. It is the perfect workout for any fitness level because each participant can adjust the difficulty of each exercise.

Eat Smart, Move More Challenge
Join this 6-week challenge that encourages participants to maintain or lose weight through education on nutrition and fitness. All interested parties must register no later than January 18. Once registered, you will receive a welcome email to the challenge including more challenge details and a "Eat Smart, Move More" Health Improvement Challenge pledge for you to complete.

Virtual 5K Race Series
Movement is everything - walk, jog or run and participate in any or all of our races at your own pace during the event dates. No waiting in lines, or cancelled events, just grab your friends, family, and start your 5K!

Family Fit Night
Are you looking for a HEALTHY, FUN-FILLED after school/work event? Our Family Fit Nights are about a lot of fun for kids and their parents. It brings parents, grandparents, sisters, brothers, and other community members to our gym providing an opportunity to exercise together. The emphasis is on the importance of physical fitness, and getting kids interested in physical activities. Our certified group fitness instructors will teach classes from kickboxing, to pound and yoga. Starts Jan 21

Little Chefs - Virtual Cooking Experience for Kids
Take a break from cooking and let your kids make themselves an easy snack that they are going to love and enjoy! With easy, straightforward directions and minimum use of kitchen tools, your kids are going to love the kitchen.

We would like to present the first ever Take A Hike At CG Mountain Challenge! We have selected six hiking trails at CG Mountain to introduce you to the variety and beauty of your Casa Grande Mountain Park! A special reward is available for those who complete the entire series.
