Don't Forget to Review the Forms Changes for 2022
Every year, a committee of IAR attorneys and members reviews our forms. The committee does this to make sure our forms are 1) compliant with state and federal law and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and 2) current with market trends.
Remember that IAR forms are for IAR members only. To protect the integrity of the legal forms, and the IAR members who pay to access these forms, IAR will pursue legal means to prosecute any unauthorized user or supplier of the forms to unauthorized users.
