State of the Unions
Lehman Sociology Professor Jennifer Laird was awarded a grant from the Washington Center for Equitable Growth to support research on public-sector unions in the wake of the Supreme Court’s 2018 decision in Janus v. AFSCME. The funds will support Laird and two colleagues from Western University and Washington University in St. Louis as they research public-sector unions.
