Dear Earthlight Promotions Soul Friends,

 As Father Cronos continues to keep time, we have arrived in 2026. Indeed, time seems to be speeding up, and we are in the midst of a "quickening." We are fully engaged in the contractions of the birthing process for a New Earth, which can be pretty painful. My motto is to keep breathing, just as they taught me during Lamaze childbirth training when I was pregnant with my son, slow down your breathing and breathe through the pain. My son Dante has since grown up to become a sound healer, yoga teacher, Qi Gong instructor, holistic fitness trainer, and advocate for organic juicing and detoxing, with a few opportunities for dancing and healing on the horizon.

  This analogy directly corresponds to what is happening now on our beautiful Blue Planet, the birthing of the New Earth. While our planet often appears red in some regions due to Mother Nature's eruptions, we also see the impact of precision-guided missiles manufactured by the military-industrial complex, creating destruction, dropping bombs around the globe, some with what appears to be overt liberation for millions and others for what seems to be the demolition of entire regions and ethnic groups of people in one area. My limited research in politics, military strategy, economics, and not watching the mainstream media allows me to stay mostly neutral in these matters, in the middle, more of a purple, not a red or a blue, so to speak.

 My prescription for moving through this year of 2026 is as follows: manage your own personal pain and empathic pain caused by witnessing the unfolding of events by adopting a breath practice. I love Kundalini Yoga, and I am a member of Life Force Academy, led by Jai Dev. If I can do at least the basic 15-minute warm-up, which includes at least 3 minutes of intense breathwork, my aura is brighter. When I walk around the world, I not only can spread good cheer, but my aura is protected from picking up any negative energies floating around, looking for a host to drain. Secondly, dance till you drop is my motto. There is an Ecstatic Dance coming up on Saturday, Jan 10, from 6-8 pm at Beloved Yoga in Reston, led by Holistic Dante. Details below. Plus the annual Interfusion Festival Jan 15-19, five days of several styles of dancing, including Ecstatic Dance, Brazilian Zouk, Bachata, West Coast Swing, and Kizomba. Novices and expert dancers are welcome, plus many workshops are held during the day. This year, I am going on Friday night, Jan 16. Night Program would love to meet you there! Many souls are going to all 5 days and staying at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, VA, at the venue, or you can come for just a day and a night if you are local. Dancing is the best way to literally shake off the anxiety of the turmoil you see happening around us now. It will get better; it is promised: One Human Family living in harmony. 

Lastly, no matter what religion you are following, the watching the Buddhist Monks Walk For Peace, which started in Fort Worth, TX, and will end in DC, mid or late February 2026, is a 2300-mile trek to promote peace quietly by emanating it, the link is below on You Tube and Instagram my prayer is the monks can stop here in Northern VA for a Peace Gathering to share with us and to collect donations to support the PEACE ON EARTH MISSION, details next month.
