Greetings!

Happy New Year! 💚🎉

Thanks to supporters like you, we raised close to $44,000 toward our year-end goal—what an incredible show of support! Your generosity is already fueling our work in 2026, and the momentum is continuing. We're thrilled to share that we've just been awarded two foundation grants that will support exciting new partnerships and projects to bring our plant-forward message to even more students nationwide!

Thank you for being part of this movement for kids, animals, and the planet 🌍

Our Posters are Going Places!

Thanks to some fantastic networking opportunities at a recent conference and a dedicated outreach effort, our colorful plant-positive cafeteria posters are making their way into 5 new states, to be displayed in over 100 school cafeterias!

One district alone requested poster sets for all 25 of their high schools, which will help us reach over 20,000 students every day. Every time students walk through their cafeteria, they'll see positive plant-forward messaging, emphasizing beans for healthy and Earth-friendly protein. It's exciting to see our vibrant visuals sparking conversations about food choices in so many new communities!

Taking Cool Beans to More Classrooms

As we look ahead to the new year, we’re excited about special projects in the works, that will help us expand our reach like never before. With the support of our two new foundation grants, we're launching a comprehensive marketing campaign for our Cool Beans from Around the World nutrition curriculum.

The goal is to put our curriculum directly into the hands of more educators around the country—making our eco-focused, plant-forward nutrition education the norm, not the exception. Our existing teacher partners give it high praise -

The students love the slideshows, learning about different cultures, families and their traditions, the topography of the region and the animals found in the region. Most importantly, they learn about eating in healthy ways using Beans as the source of protein in their diets. SBS students beg for more of these lessons as they are fun and engaging. Over the next year, we will work to add 200 more teachers to our educator roster, exponentially growing the number of students who will experience our evidence-based, standards-aligned, multicultural, and eco-focused nutrition lessons nationwide.
