Student/Parent Survey
Say Yes Guilford is asking parents or GCS seniors to complete a survey to gather the names of GCS 2016 graduates who have applied to -- or who may have already been admitted to, and are planning to attend -- one of the 100 private colleges or universities in the Say Yes National Higher Education Compact.

Click here to access the survey.

As you will see, the form has dropdown menus that include the names of the colleges and universities. When you have completed the form, press submit. Please complete the survey no later than the end of the work day, Tuesday January 26.
