"Life's most persistent and urgent question is, 'What are you doing for others?'"

Martin Luther King, Jr.

We can always use your help!

BuzzFeed  Spotlights  Gen  Q  Clothing Drive
Generation Q, our drop-in center for LGBTQ and allied youth,  was recently featured on BuzzFeed for their Gender Non-Conforming Clothing Drive. The video has been seen by more than 102,000 people through BuzzFeed's LGBT Facebook page! To watch the video for yourself and find out how to donate to the drive, click the icon below.
After School  Kids  Say  No  to  Bullying
With the rise of hate crimes and violence in New York City, our After School Program at the Pomonok Community Center in Flushing decided to create their own public service announcement to educate people about bullying and how to deal with it. The video is a reminder that we can all play our part to stop hate-filled rhetoric and create inclusive communities.

Thank  You  for  Your  Support!
Thank you to all our supporters for believing in QCH and contributing to our Giving Tuesday and end-of-year appeals, which raised more than $30,000 this year for our programs. Your generosity is much appreciated. (Above, Ridgewood Savings Bank Branch Manager Nancy Adzemovic presents contribution to QCH staff.)
